Return & Refund Policy

We understand sometimes certain pieces just don't work for you and you want your money back. As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns within 14 days from the date the item was delivered to you.

How To Return

  • Submit a return application via our Return Portal.
  • We will send you an email with instructions on how to complete your return process within 1 business day.
  • Please note the original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.

Customer Responsibility:

Both the cost of the return shipping and the state of the returned item(s) itself are your responsibility so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!

If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs). All items are inspected on return.

If you received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return it, we’ll refund the original order value plus the cost of your return shipping once the items have been inspected.


If the return is not related to quality issues, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer. For example: the below conditions are not related to quality issues.

(1) Loose threads, raw edges, thickness, touch, and color difference in monitor display are not considered as quality issues;

(2) Subjective dissatisfaction in style, color, and changes in personal reason is not considered as quality issues;

(3) Damages due to use, wash, care, improper maintenance, self-repair, modifications, or other human factors are not considered as quality issues;

(4) Defective goods that have been clearly indicated at the time of purchase are not considered as quality issues and will not be accepted for returns.

(5) Returns due to sizing issues are not considered as quality issues.

Note: The above situations can apply for exchange or replacement instead.

Specific Returns Conditions

When making returns, please bear in mind that:

  • Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached and with the original packaging.
  • When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to refund the returned items. Bear in mind that Semirwill not accept cash on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.
  • For reasons of hygiene, the following items cannot be returned: earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hair ties, headbands, bodysuits, lingerie, socks, underwear, and other personal clothing.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll refund the original order value to the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.


Unfortunately, we currently do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we are working hard to enable exchanges as soon as possible. Stay tuned.


  • Semirwill only accept returns to the address provided to you in your return confirmation email.
  • Semirwill not accept any drop off returns. All returns must be mailed.
  • Only approved returns requests are accepted.
  • Semirreserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the return requirements in Semir’s sole discretion.



Please make sure to contact Customer Service Team before you would like to make a return.

Please do not return the package back by yourself. Any returned items not based on previous communication will not be accepted.

Please be careful when trying on the clothes and since you are supposed to return them in the same condition as you just received them.

Please do not return your order to the address that is marked on the parcel. It is not our return address.
